How it works
- Place your order. Right after checkout, send a link to a shared folder with your clips, plus your logo, through the Start your project form, or reply to your order confirmation email.
- We reply within one business day to confirm your start date.
- Your first 4 videos arrive about 5 business days after we receive your footage, and the other 4 follow after your feedback.
- One round of changes per video is included.

How do I get my file?
Right after checkout, your order confirmation email includes a download link for each digital product. Save the file to your device.
Will anything be shipped?
No. This is a digital product. Nothing physical is mailed.
Can I share or resell it?
The license is for your own personal or internal business use. Sharing, reselling or selling printed copies is not included.
What if the file doesn't open?
Email hello@theempirenest.com within 14 days and we will send a working file or refund you, as described in our refund policy.
