Digital products
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales of digital products are final. If a file is missing, will not open, or is not what the listing describes, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will send a working file or issue a full refund.
Services
- Before work begins: you can cancel for a full refund.
- After work begins: we refund the portion of the service that has not yet been delivered. Completed deliverables are not refundable.
- If we miss the delivery time listed on the service and you choose not to wait, we refund the undelivered portion.
Monthly services
Monthly services are paid one month at a time and renew only when you choose to pay for the next month. You can stop at any time. The current paid month is not refundable once work for that month has started.

How to request a refund
Email hello@theempirenest.com with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
