Renovation Quote Review

Know what you are signing before you sign it

Send us up to three contractor quotes for the same project, plus any drawings or notes you have. Within five business days you get a written comparison that puts the three side by side, line by line, and tells you what each one leaves out.

What you receive

• A side by side scope comparison: what each quote includes, what it excludes, and where they are not quoting the same job.
• A list of the gaps most likely to become change orders later, with a rough sense of what each usually adds.
• The questions to ask each contractor before you choose, written so you can send them as they are.
• A thirty minute call to go through it, in English or Spanish.

Who does the work

Gisselle Gonzalez, who has managed residential renovation projects, run a renovation and building materials company for six years, and negotiated construction scope and pricing on both sides of the table. Florida real estate licensed. This is a review by somebody who has written these quotes, not a template.

What it is not

This is not a home inspection, an engineering opinion, a permit review or legal advice, and it does not replace the licensed contractor you hire. We do not perform construction. How it works

After purchase you receive an email within one business day with a secure link to upload your quotes. The review is delivered as a PDF by email, and you book the call from a link in that email. One project per purchase.
