Each listing describes what is included, the format and the delivery time. Services begin after you complete the intake form and provide the materials and access we request. Delivery times start when we receive everything needed.

Your content

You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos, text and other materials you send us, and that the facts you ask us to use are true. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work before you publish it.

Ownership and license

When a service is paid in full, you own the final custom deliverables we create for you. Digital products are licensed for your own personal or internal business use; you may not resell, share or redistribute the files.

AI-assisted work

Some deliverables are created with the help of AI tools and reviewed by a person. AI-generated presenters or images are not real customers, and we do not create fake reviews or testimonials.

No guarantee of results

We deliver the work described. Leads, bookings, sales, rankings and similar results depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. Nothing we provide is legal, tax or financial advice.

Third-party platforms

Domains, hosting, software, ad spend and platform fees are paid by you directly unless a listing says otherwise. We are not responsible for changes or outages at third-party platforms.
