- We reply within one business day to confirm your start date. The first proposal is targeted for 3 business days after the agreed start and a complete brief.
- Send the included correction in one response. We email the final files after your approval.

How do I get my file?
Right after checkout, your order confirmation email includes a download link for each digital product. Save the file to your device.
Will anything be shipped?
No. This is a digital product. Nothing physical is mailed.
Can I share or resell it?
The license is for your own personal or internal business use. Sharing, reselling or selling printed copies is not included.
What if the file doesn't open?
Email hello@theempirenest.com within 14 days and we will send a working file or refund you, as described in our refund policy.

Before you sign, get up to three contractor quotes compared line by line, with the gaps most likely to become change orders. In five business days.
