How it works
- Place your order. Right after checkout, send your brief through the Start your project form, or reply to your order confirmation email.
- Include: Business details, authorized logo, flyer offer, loyalty reward and terms.
- We reply within one business day to confirm your start date. First draft in approximately 5 business days from the agreed start and receipt of all details.
- Send the included revision as one consolidated reply. Final files are delivered by email after your approval.

How do I get my file?
Right after checkout, your order confirmation email includes a download link for each digital product. Save the file to your device.
Will anything be shipped?
No. This is a digital product. Nothing physical is mailed.
Can I share or resell it?
The license is for your own personal or internal business use. Sharing, reselling or selling printed copies is not included.
What if the file doesn't open?
Email hello@theempirenest.com within 14 days and we will send a working file or refund you, as described in our refund policy.
