$750 USD for one room up to 300 square feet (28 m²). One concept and one consolidated revision.

Email hello@theempirenest.com with photos, approximate measurements, shopping country and furniture budget. We confirm fit, scope, availability, timing and cancellation terms before payment. Target: ten business days after complete materials and scope acceptance. Communication is available in English and Spanish.

The fee covers decorating design. Furniture, transport, installation, on-site measurement, photorealistic renders and purchasing are excluded. Verify measurements, stock and prices before buying. No construction drawings, structural changes, permits, architecture or engineering services. Property value and income increases are not guaranteed.
