What do I need to send you?
Your business name, what you sell, who you sell to, your logo and photos if you have them, and any links. The intake form walks you through it in about ten minutes.
Do I need to share passwords?
No. When access is needed, we show you how to add us as a user or collaborator so your passwords stay private. Never send passwords or card details by email.
What if I am not happy with the work?
Revisions are included, and our refund policy covers work that has not started or has not been delivered.
Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee the work described on this page. Leads and sales also depend on your offer, traffic and follow-up, so we do not promise specific numbers.
