What you are buying

Every product in this shop is a digital file, delivered by download. Nothing is shipped.

Your license

When you buy a planner you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it. That means:

You can use it for yourself and your household, print as many copies as you want, save a new copy each month, and keep it forever.
You cannot resell it, share the file publicly, give copies to clients as part of a paid service, or redistribute it in any form, edited or not.

If you would like to use these with clients or a team, write to us and we will sort out a license that works.

Refunds

Because these are instant digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds once the file has been delivered. This is standard for digital products and it is the reason the prices are what they are.

That said, if a file will not open, will not let you type in it, or is not what the listing described, write to us and we will fix it or refund you. We would rather do that than have you stuck with something that does not work.

If something goes wrong

Download link expired? File will not open? Bought the wrong one? Email us and we will sort it out. A real person reads it.

Qué estás comprando

Todos los productos de esta tienda son archivos digitales, entregados por descarga. No se envía nada físico.

Tu licencia

Cuando compras un planificador recibes una licencia personal e intransferible para usarlo. O sea:

Sí puedes usarlo para ti y para tu casa, imprimir todas las copias que quieras, guardar una copia nueva cada mes, y quedarte con él para siempre.
No puedes revenderlo, compartir el archivo públicamente, dar copias a clientes como parte de un servicio que cobras, ni redistribuirlo de ninguna forma, editado o no.

Si quieres usarlos con clientes o con un equipo, escríbenos y arreglamos una licencia que funcione.

Reembolsos

Como son descargas digitales inmediatas, todas las ventas son finales y no damos reembolsos una vez entregado el archivo. Esto es lo normal en productos digitales y es la razón de que los precios sean los que son.

Dicho eso, si un archivo no abre, no te deja escribir en él, o no es lo que decía la descripción, escríbenos y lo arreglamos o te devolvemos el dinero. Preferimos eso a que te quedes con algo que no te sirve.
