  1. Finished size. Write down width, depth and height.
  2. Packaged size. Check the box dimensions and assembly requirements.
  3. Life around it. Allow for door swings and your everyday walking route.
  4. The way in. Measure entries, hallway turns, stairs and elevators.
  5. The full bill. Include tax, delivery and assembly.
  6. The way back. Check return deadlines, exclusions and collection fees.
  7. The unanswered question. Ask the seller before paying.

Mark the proposed footprint with floor-safe removable tape, following the tape manufacturer's surface guidance. Use the room as you normally would. Check the route from the building entrance to the final position.

Measurements alone cannot certify delivery. If a turn or clearance is uncertain, ask the delivery provider to confirm it before ordering.
